The blood moon

Went to the gym 6 times in the last week. We have made a new resolution to try to hold plank pose before and after dinner every day. We eat lots of fennel root. It's my new favorite thing lol Steve and I started an audio book together so treadmill isn't so boring and we have something to talk about later lol

I also got my new set of measures and even though I haven't lost much weight the composition is way different!!

So here are my changes since January

BMI 55 to 44.5
40 lbs of muscle gained
neck from 20 to 17
shoulder from 58 to 55
underbust from 52 to 48
stomach 57 to 55
hips from 68 to 60 Finally on one tape!!!!
Thigh 30 to 27
Calf 17 to 19
Bicep 19 to 17

October 22 is my shoulder surgery. I have a busy month till then and lots of recovering and no computer after that. So give me a call if I'm quiet for too long.

  1. Wonderful update Sis! So sad this one didnt show up in my email, but the most recent one did! Either way it was a nice surprise. What awesome pics!

You look beautiful and I love your new shirt.

I laid on my driveway and looked at the blood moon for about an hour before it got too cloudy. Was an awesome experience, really. The moon never felt so close or so 3-D. I confess it was a little spiritual and I may have shed a tear or two, lol. Of course the tequila might have had something to do with that. :p

Great job on the measurement changes!! It's so nice to see numerical proof when it seems like the mirror never changes. I'm glad you're re-committing and Steve is committing with you! So much easier and more enjoyable that way. Have you mentioned keto to him at all?

I'm happy/sad to hear about your surgery. Glad you're getting it if you need it, but sad you need it in the first place. And so close to your birthday! Although getting your shoulder back to normal and pain free would be an awesome gift.

Thank you for all the pics!. <3
